- By bus: lines 168 and 178 connect the Archaeological Museum and Piazza Dante with Via Capodimonte, stop “Catacombe di San Gennaro.” Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 15 minutes.
- By taxi or private transfer: a convenient alternative for those who prefer to avoid the uphill walk or are coming from other parts of Naples (average duration 10–15 minutes from the center).
- By private car: you can reach the entrance via Via Capodimonte or Corso Amedeo di Savoia; nearby there are small private parking areas and paid parking lots.
- By integrated public transport: from the Museo metro stop (Line 1), continue with bus 168 or 178, or walk.
