With this second part of Rome Complete Tour, the exploration of the Capital continues through some of its most fascinating districts. From Campitelli, Monti and Trevi to the Pinciano district, the itinerary leads to the discovery of major tourist attractions such as the Musei Capitolini, the Fontana di Trevi and the Galleria Borghese, among art, history and culture.

The journey continues with the itineraries dedicated to Appia Antica and Ostia Antica, two extraordinary archaeological sites that allow visitors to further explore the history of ancient Rome beyond the boundaries of the Historic Center.

PINCIANO DISTRICT

The route dedicated to the Pinciano District leads to the discovery of one of the main natural and cultural hubs of the capital. The heart of the itinerary is represented by Villa Borghese, Rome’s most famous urban park, which houses the prestigious Galleria Borghese and Bioparco di Roma. DISTRICTS BEYOND THE HISTORIC CENTER

The Neighborhoods beyond the Historic Center section includes two separate itineraries, each dedicated to different areas of the capital and accompanied by its own map.

The route dedicated to the neighborhoods of EUR, Ostiense and Prenestino allows visitors to discover a different side of Rome beyond the historic center, where contemporary architecture and archaeology coexist in perfect harmony. The itinerary includes places of interest such as the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana and Basilica di San Paolo Fuori le Mura.

The itinerary through the neighborhoods of Tiburtino, Nomentano and Flaminio leads to the discovery of a lesser-known Rome, among spirituality, archaeology and contemporary architecture. The route crosses the underground Rome of ancient basilicas, including crypts and catacombs, and continues to new cultural spaces such as MAXXI, in a journey through different eras of the capital.

APPIA ANTICA

The itinerary dedicated to Appia Antica leads to the discovery of one of the most important roads of ancient Rome, where archaeology, nature and history come together in a unique route.
